PetGlam ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the PetGlam app.

1. Information We Process

PetGlam lets you take or select a photo of your pet to receive a fun, light-hearted "style score" and comments. When you choose a photo:

• The photo is sent securely to our server, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the style analysis.
• The photo is processed in real time to produce the result and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is returned.
• We do not use your photos to identify people, and we do not build profiles from them.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate the style analysis, photos are processed by OpenAI. We share only the image necessary to produce the result. We do not send your name, contact details, or any account information. OpenAI's handling of data is governed by its own policies.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

PetGlam does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any personally identifying information. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

4. Purchases

Any purchases (such as unlocking unlimited analyses) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information.

5. Photo Library and Camera

The app requests access to your camera and photo library only so you can provide a photo to analyze. Access is used solely for that purpose and only when you initiate it.

6. Children's Privacy

PetGlam is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
